Williamson County Schools is accepting sealed bids from licensed and qualified general contractors for Special Education Alterations at Centennial High School. Sealed bids must be mailed or hand delivered to the specified address. Bids received after the specified opening time will not be accepted. The Purchasing Department will stamp the envelope to authenticate the date and time received. A pre-bid meeting will be scheduled onsite at Centennial High School. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is highly encouraged but not mandatory, as important information regarding the project will be discussed. Question Deadline 05/08/2026 Bidders and sub-bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make a written request which shall reach the Architect at least ninety-six (96) hours prior to bid opening. Written requests for substitutions shall be received by the Architect at least seven (7) days prior to the date for receipt of bids.
