Reference Number 0000418305 Source ID PU.AG.USA.1258.C17373551 Piggyback Contract No The project consists of the installation of a new aircraft passenger boarding bridge (PBB) at the Elmira Corning Regional Airport Terminal Building. This project will include a new permanent exterior enclosed corridor, approximately 50 ft in length, leading to a new PBB located at the south west end of the passenger concourse. This new PBB will utilize the existing ground boarding airline gate 1 at the south west end of the concourse. The gate will continue to have the ability to ground board aircraft via a ramp. This project will be funded through multiple sources including, the Federal Aviation Administration, Chemung County, and New York State Department of Transportation. Cash will not be acceptable as a deposit. If an awarded bidder fails to enter into a contract with the County following notice of bid acceptance, the bid security shall be forfeited to and become the property of Chemung County. No bidder may withdraw their bid within forty-five (45) days after the date of the bid opening *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
