Description

The Village of Horseheads invites sealed bids for Maple Grove Cemetery Columbarium Concrete & Sitework. Detailed bid packages are available at the Horseheads Village Hall or by calling the Village Manager's Office. Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the Village Manager until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 25th, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Village reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive technical defects in proposals, and to reject any proposals that, in the opinion of the Village, will not adequately answer the requirements.
