The selected vendor will support the District through design coordination, utility integration, construction documentation, cost estimating, and phased planning for a facility that includes administrative areas, operational workspaces, specialized storage, vehicle bays, and associated site improvements. This project also includes the demolition of existing structures and the preparation of all necessary infrastructure to support the new facility.
