General contractors are invited to submit a request for proposal for the construction of the District's Administration Parking Lot for the Frederick-Firestone Fire Protection District. Only contractors approved through this RFP process may bid on the project. Applications must be obtained and submitted via email as specified. Applications should strictly adhere to the standard form provided by the District. Any deviation or incomplete information can result in disqualification at the District's sole discretion. The District reserves the right to reject any or all applications, waive irregularities, or modify or terminate the selection process or project at any time. Applications become District property and public record unless marked as confidential and separated. All application costs are the responsibility of the contractor.
