Scope of work includes water quality management services across the New York, Brooklyn, and St. Albans campuses. Required tasks include dental waterline testing, Legionella water testing, potable water testing, sterile processing service water testing (for New York and Brooklyn only), automated monitoring of incoming potable water, operation and maintenance of monochloramine domestic water treatment systems, quarterly cleaning and disinfection of ice machines, laundry wastewater testing (for St. Albans only), utility water treatment for cooling towers and boiler systems (as specified per campus), quarterly maintenance, cleaning, and disinfection of water fountains/dispensers and Retherm units (including Brooklyn). The VA will supply filters for water fountain maintenance. Contractors are required to follow updated ST108 requirements for sterile processing water testing, with detailed sampling schedules and parameters provided per campus location.
