The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to install electric heat for Lab A in accordance with the requirements of the Request for Proposal. The contractor shall perform all plumbing, heating, and air-conditioning related work required to support the electric heat installation, including coordination with existing systems, adherence to applicable codes and standards, and completion of work under a firm-fixed-price subcontract. The effort includes participation in a pre-proposal meeting and site visit to review existing conditions, clarify requirements, and ensure accurate proposal preparation, with all work executed in compliance with Fermilab access, safety, and security requirements.
