On 5/12/26, Amendment 03 was issued to provide responses to questions from prospective offerors, provide partial as-built drawings, and provide revised documents. This Amendment also extends the RFP due date to 5:00pm CT on May 21, 2026. See attached files for more information. The work involves the demolition, re-installation, and relocation of ducts and piping to allow future installation of the MAGIS-100 experiment in the MINOS Service Building at Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory. The Subcontractor shall furnish all required supervision, labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to perform all work as described in the drawings and technical specifications, including transportation, overhead, bonding costs, safety oversight, quality control oversight, and supervision. SITE LOCATION The Subcontractor shall confine all operations (including storage of materials) on Fermilab premises to areas authorized or approved by FFDG. The Subcontractor shall hold and save FFDG and the Government, its officers and agents, free and harmless from liability of any nature occasioned by the Subcontractor's performance. The project is located on the Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (Fermilab) Site, adjacent to the city of Batavia, Illinois. The project is located on the Fermilab Site situated in Kane County at the neutrino campus at the MINOS Service Building. Access to the site is via Wilson Road to Road A-2 to Kautz Road, South Booster Road and theMain Ring Road. DESCRIPTION OF WORK The Subcontractor shall furnish all required supervision, labor, materials, tools, plant and appurtenances necessary to perform diligently and fully all work as described in the drawings and technical specifications. All work includes transportation, overhead, bonding costs, safety oversight, quality control oversight, and supervision as required to construct the project described in the drawings, technical specification and the detailed description contained herein.
