As of May 18, 2026 project was awarded to Park Construction Company, awarded amount is $2,731,859.51. Pavement rehabilitation, curb and gutter replacements, ADA and intersection improvements, and signal system replacements for Ridgedale Drive Cartway Lane and for Cedar Lake Road. Work includes Type SP 12.5 wearing course mix (4,B) 10,000 tons, Type SP 12.5 non-wearing course mix (4,B) 310 tons, construction of drainage structures (Des 48-4020) 4 each, 4" concrete walk 10,900 LF, 6" concrete walk 6,600 CY, 6" & 8" concrete driveway pavement 360 SY, concrete curb & gutter various 3,500 LF, modular block retaining wall 4 each, traffic control signal system 4 system, sign 550 SF, seeding 2 acre, 4" solid line multi comp 4,700 LF, and 6" solid line multi comp 12,300 LF. The project covers Ridgedale Drive (Cartway Lane to Plymouth Road), Cartway Lane (Ridgedale Drive to Plymouth Road), and Cedar Lake Road (Hopkins Crossroad to TH 169). Substantial completion of Cedar Lake Road is required before the 2026-2027 school year. Bids must be submitted online at QuestCDN, with a certified check or bid bond of five percent of the bid as a guarantee. Prospective bidders must be on the plan holders list through QuestCDN for bids to be accepted. The city reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities.
