The Town of Fort Myers Beach seeks to contract with a qualified vendor to provide on-call roadway, curb, sidewalk, drainage, and right-of-way repair, reconstruction, and improvement services on an as-needed basis. No minimum amount of work is guaranteed, and not all tasks will be assigned for all work orders. Services include, but are not limited to: asphalt milling and resurfacing, full-depth reconstruction, base stabilization, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk and ADA ramps, driveway aprons, pavement markings and signage, utility and drainage structure adjustment, culvert and roadway shoulder restoration, maintenance of traffic (MOT), as-built documentation where required, and emergency repairs. All work must comply with applicable FDOT Standard Specifications, MUTCD, ADA/PROWAG, and federal regulations where applicable. No professional engineering services are included; all services are strictly construction and maintenance. The Town reserves the right to waive informalities, irregularities, or technicalities in bids, make an award, or reject any or all bids at its sole judgment.
