Contractor will perform maintenance and repair work on eleven (11) sanitary sewer pumping stations. This includes weekly preventative maintenance checks at each station, involving operational checks of control panels, lubrication of pumps, operational checks of gate valves and check valves, and motor and oil changes for submersible pumps as necessary. The contractor will also perform repair work on each of the eleven pumping stations on an as-needed basis. Bids must be submitted as a complete job. The selected vendor must adhere to general contract provisions and report to the Township Supervisor or designee, cooperate to ensure satisfactory work progress, date all submitted documents, allow review and inspection of activities, and not subcontract or assign the service without written approval from the Township. The contractor must protect, defend, and indemnify Davison Township and maintain workers compensation and commercial general liability insurance, adding the Township as an additional insured. Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including OSHA/MIOSHA and ADA, is required. Equal employment opportunity practices must be followed.
