Site work for a mixed-use development in Davison, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Replacement of existing water mains and roadway reconstruction or rehabilitation for the City of Davison at the following locations: W. Bay Street from Charles Street to M-15, Charles Street, John F. Kennedy Court, N. Genesee Street from W. Bay Street to the CN Railroad, N. Dayton Street from W. Flint Street to W. Second Street, Garland Street from W. Flint Street to W. Second Street, W. Second Street from Aloha Street to N. Genesee Street, N. Davison Street from E. Flint Street to Mill Street, N. Lapeer Street from E. Flint Street to Mill Street, Mill Street from Main Street to N. Lapeer Street, S. Davison Street from E. Clark Street to E. Lexington Street, E. Lexington Street east of S. Davison Street. Water main will also be replaced within the Collingwood Village and Manford Park from Balsam Drive to Juniper Drive. New water services from the water main to a new curb stop will be installed. The project includes select storm sewer reconstruction, select sanitary sewer reconstruction, installation of sump pump collector tile, concrete sidewalks and sidewalk ramps, concrete driveways, curb and gutter, HMA paving, permanent signage, pavement markings, and turf restoration. Principal items of work include but are not limited to: 17,200 Ft Water Main, 3,890 Ft Sanitary Sewer, 75,000 Syd HMA, 23,300 Ft Curb and Gutter, 147,000 Sft Flatwork Concrete. Bids must be submitted on forms obtained from the office of ROWE Professional Services Company. Bids submitted on forms obtained elsewhere will not be accepted. All iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used in this project must be produced in the United States, in accordance with the Build America, Buy America Act requirements, except for applicable waivers.
