Remodeling of a multi-residential development in Providence, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for the remodel of a multi-residential development.

Project Name: AUTHORITY-WIDE BATHTUB AND BATHROOM SINK REGLAZING SERVICES. Scope of Work: The project includes authority-wide bathtub and bathroom sink reglazing services for the Housing Authority of the City of Providence. Instructions to Bidders: All bids must be delivered in a sealed envelope marked “AUTHORITY-WIDE BATHTUB AND BATHROOM SINK REGLAZING SERVICES” and addressed to the attention of the Facilities Management Department at 40 Laurel Hill Avenue, Providence, RI 02909, ATTN: Richard Quetta. Bids received by the due date will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Facilities Management Building. The daily work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with weekend schedules as discussed with the Project Manager. Nothing said at the pre-bid meeting will change requirements unless an addendum is issued. Address all pre-bid questions to Richard Quetta, Operations Planner, by the provided deadline. All pre-bid questions must be submitted by the specified deadline and responses will be posted online and emailed to attendees of the pre-bid meeting.
