A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Orange County, Florida is accepting sealed offers for Eastern Water Reclamation Facility (EWRF) Electrical and Mechanical Upgrades (Y26-604). Sealed offers for furnishing the above will be accepted up to the due date. Respondents are required to submit responses electronically via the OpenGov e-Procurement Platform. Hand-delivered, mailed, telephone, fax, or email offers are not permitted and will be rejected. Respondents are responsible for ensuring timely upload of their submissions. The County will not be responsible for delays caused by network issues, bandwidth problems, internet outages, or technical difficulties. Timely questions must be submitted electronically in the designated module before the deadline. No oral interpretation of plans, specifications, or contract documents will be binding. Modifications, clarifications, interpretations, and supplemental instructions will be issued only in writing and available for download. All such documents shall become part of the Contract Documents and must be acknowledged as required. No respondent or other third party gains any rights by virtue of these provisions. Untimely questions may be submitted to the designated email, but critical clarifications may only be addressed via written addenda, and untimely questions may not be considered.
