This project is for design-build services for additional asphalt surface parking at overflow parking Lots E, G, F, and H at South Park Place at the Orlando International Airport (MCO). Lots E and G are the Base Bid, while Lots F and H are Additive Alternates. The scope includes: - Lot E: Design and construction of a 949-space asphalt parking lot. - Lot G: Design and construction of a 673-space asphalt parking lot. - Lot F: Design and construction of a 767-space asphalt parking lot and one bus shelter. - Lot H: Design and construction of a 336-space asphalt parking lot. Work for each lot includes, but is not limited to: mobilization, erosion control, maintenance of traffic, import fill, survey layout and as-builts, demolition (clearing, grubbing, removal of existing infrastructure), storm sewer installation, asphalt paving, construction of sidewalks and curbs, installation of wheel stops, handicap ramps, pavement markings and signage, Code Blue emergency call stations, bus shelters, bollards, light poles, landscaping, irrigation, installation of low voltage and electrical systems, and signage. Specific features include gates with AVI for buses, concrete paving for bus shelter areas, and perimeter fencing where required. Bidders must comply with all requirements including insurance, surety bonds, permitting, coordination with ongoing projects and site safety. Responses must be submitted electronically through the designated e-Procurement platform, with all supporting forms, licenses, and documentation as specified. Only one response per firm (no joint ventures or partnerships) is permitted, and all required documents must be completed and uploaded as described in the instructions to bidders. Late or incomplete submissions will not be accepted. All questions must be submitted via the e-Procurement platform prior to the specified deadline.
