Project consists of but is not limited to: approximately 590 S.Y. of sidewalk removal; 735 S.Y. of new sidewalk; 930 S.Y. of grading existing surfaces; 13 MSF of topsoil and sod; 8 pedestrian luminaires; 1 new load center; 400 L.F. of conduit; 675 L.F. of conductor; and other related work. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the designated address with the bidder's name, address, city, state, zip code, the invitation to bid number, title, and buyer's name clearly written or typed on the outside. Faxed or emailed bids will not be accepted. All questions must be submitted in writing to the purchasing office prior to the question due date; this will be the final opportunity to ask questions or request clarifications.
