Removal of the existing built-up roof from the barrel roof center section and the east side low roof section down to the existing decking, followed by installation of new roofing systems. The barrel roof section will be replaced with a new fully adhered three-ply SBS-modified built-up roof assembly with a granular cap sheet. The south lower roof section will be replaced with a new fully adhered 90-mil ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) roof assembly. Work includes replacement of existing roof drains, flashings, vent pipe flashings, cover board as required, vapor barrier, cant strips, metal copings, and trim with new materials. The building is a one-story, approximately 113,000 square foot historic structure constructed of steel framing and cast concrete with CMU infill, featuring a high curved barrel roof and multiple low roof sections. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, hardware, software, and programming necessary to deliver fully functional repairs in accordance with the statement of work, drawings, and specifications, including required repairs for Tank Farms 3 and 4. Due to the importance of maintaining the schedule for this project, it is requested that all questions regarding the specifications and/or drawings be submitted by 10:00 AM (Local lime), Thursday, 15 June 2026.
