Demolition, site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The purpose of this solicitation is to evaluate and select a qualified vendor to provide various construction services that include, but are not limited to, the rehabilitation, demolition, relocation, installation, and/or testing of Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF) ancillary systems and components. Bids/responses are to be submitted electronically via the Zycus platform. Instructions on registering for and using the Zycus system are available through the solicitation documents. Those planning to attend the mandatory pre-response meetings must send contact information 48 hours prior to the meeting to have their information documented. Required PPE for the site visit includes safety shoes, safety vest, and safety glasses. Estimated budget: $28,000,000 to $29,000,000 Question Deadline 04/21/2026 All Questions must be submitted in writing to the JEA Buyer listed herein at least five business days prior to the opening date. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The specific JSEB participation requirement for the Scope of Work described in this Solicitation is: five percent (5%).
