Renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility; retail development; retail development; 680,000-square-foot stadium; and 680,000-square-foot stadium.

Phase 2 will consist of interior and exterior improvements to the existing 680,000 SF within the existing Lenovo Center in Raleigh, NC. Improvements include upgrades to concessions areas, retail areas, back-of-house areas, gathering areas, and premium spaces. Exterior modifications consist of additions to the existing building, a new storage building, and modifications to parking areas. Principal trade contractors are solicited for the following bid packages: General Trades, Final Cleaning, Concrete, Drywall/EIFS/Exp Joints/Framing, Operable Partitions, Kitchen Equipment & Appliances, Conveying Systems (Elevator & Escalators), Conveying Systems (Lifts), Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical/Data/LV/AV/Fire Alarm, Earthwork & Utilities, Fencing. Additional packages may be added or deleted by the Owner & Construction Manager. There is an established 10% MWBE participation goal on this project. Historically underutilized and minority business participation is strongly encouraged.
