Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a municipal facility in Mount Pocono, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 5,883-square-foot municipal facility.
**As of May 5, 2026, this project has been awarded.** The work includes all labor, materials, tools, oversight, and permits required for demolition of the existing building and construction of a new 5,883 SF Maintenance Building. It also includes installation of pavement, underground storm system and service utilities, a reinforced concrete apron, and all other work shown or reasonably implied. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the instructions. Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. All bidding documents are available online at no cost via the PennBid Program. The Mount Pocono Borough reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions thereof, to waive any informalities in bidding, and to withhold award for a period of sixty days.
