Reference Number 0000417912 Source ID PP.CO.USA.2730992.C18193276 Piggyback Contract No Bid Date Notes: The outside of the sealed box / container / envelopes containing the response shall be clearly marked with the bid name, bid control number, bid due date and time. KUB will be hosting a bid for custom-built concrete manholes to be used in service with KUB's water and wastewater infrastructure as per the attached specification sheet and drawings. This will be an evaluated bid based on price, lead time and adherence to spec. The expected annual usage will be 50-60 manholes per year. Please price these as per unit. The transactional process will allow KUB to present the winning bidder with engineering drawings per order. The winning bidder will approve each transactional drawing and build to the specification provided. KUB does not intend to purchase all of these units at one time. Vendors should be prepared to send their versions of KUB's desired products in order to compare specifications as part of the "Adherence to Specification" portion of the evaluation critera. Delivery locations will vary across KUB's service territory. Vendors should include the price of freight with their bid as the shipping terms of the bid are FOB Destination.
