Renovation of a conference / convention center in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.
Sealed bids are requested for the Oshkosh Convention Center: Lighting and Lighting Controls Replacement. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, properly addressed to the City Manager, c/o City Clerk's Office, with the bidder’s name and address and a clear indication that the envelope contains a sealed bid for the "Oshkosh Convention Center: Lighting and Lighting Controls Replacement." Submission of bid documents by facsimile or electronic mail will not be accepted. All contractors are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid walkthrough meeting, which will include a general overview of the project. Bids from contractors who do not attend the mandatory pre-bid walkthrough will not be accepted. No bids will be accepted after the designated deadline, and bids not complying with submission instructions will be returned unopened and unread. A written request for the withdrawal of a bid may be granted if received before the bid opening time.
