Renovation of an educational facility in Stamford, Connecticut. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The City of Stamford is accepting sealed bids and proposals for several projects: Construction Services for Abatement & Renovation at Stamford High School (Phase 2 of 2), Elevator Modernization at Springdale Elementary School, Architectural & Engineering Services for Flooring Project at Springdale Elementary School, and Design Services for Hatch Field Park Renovation. All bids and proposals are to be submitted online via the City's Purchasing System, ProcureWare, and all related documents, drawings, and specifications can be viewed or downloaded through the same system. There are mandatory pre-bid or pre-proposal meetings for each project at the specified locations and times. Bidders for the abatement and renovation project at Stamford High School must hold a current DAS Prequalification Certificate for General Building Construction (Group B) and submit it with their bid. A bid deposit of 5% is required for the abatement and renovation, and elevator modernization projects. Minority, Women, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond. The projects may be funded partially or wholly with State of CT DAS or DEEP funds and are subject to applicable compliance requirements.
