The work consists of placement area improvements within the Corpus Christi Ship Channel Inner Harbor. Schedule 1 includes improvements to Inner Harbor placement areas 3A, 3B, and 1/2. Work involves a five-foot dike raise at Inner Harbor Placement Area 1/2, including outfall rehabilitation and culvert inspection and repair; dike repair, culvert inspection, and dewatering at Inner Harbor Placement Area 3B; and dewatering and culvert inspection at Inner Harbor Placement Area 3A. All work shall be performed in accordance with contract requirements, with an estimated completion time of 453 calendar days after acknowledgment of the Notice to Proceed. The contract will be awarded as firm-fixed price, with performance and payment bonds required, and is intended to support long-term maintenance and operational improvements of the Inner Harbor placement areas. Estimated magnitude for this effort is estimated to be over $15,000,000.00. Completion Time for Schedule No. 1 for this project is estimated at 453 calendar days after acknowledgement of the Notice to Proceed. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
