Clarence Fire District No. 1 is soliciting bids for the construction/renovation of a dayroom at their firehouse located at 10355 Main Street, Clarence, NY. Bids must be submitted in writing, sealed, and delivered to the specified address. Submission of electronic bids is not permitted and will be rejected. Bids must remain firm for ninety (90) days. Requests for interpretation or correction of specifications must be submitted in writing at least three days prior to the bid date, and responses will only be issued via Addendum. All bids must be submitted with the following certifications: affirmed non-collusive bidding certification, affirmed sexual harassment policy and training certification, and certification regarding the Iran Divestment Act, or they will not be considered for award. Question Deadline 04/10/2026 If any person contemplating submitting a bid for the proposed contract is in doubt as to the true meaning of specifications or other issues, he may submit to the Clarence Fire District No. 1 a written request for interpretation or correction thereof. Requests to be given consideration must be received at least three (3) days prior to the Bid Date. The person submitting the request will be responsible for its prompt delivery.
