Bid addenda will be emailed to registered plan holders and available online. Hard copy document holders must coordinate for addenda copies with the printer. The deposit for hard copies will be refunded if plans and specifications are returned in good condition within thirty days after the bid date. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference and walk-through is scheduled at the project site. The Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder or proposals may be rejected within 45 days. The School District reserves the right to waive informalities, accept or reject alternatives, reject any proposals, or advertise for new ones.
