The Town of Spring Brook, Dunn County, is seeking bids for chip seal coating with 1/4" fractured granite options on the following roads: 260th Ave from 810th St to 873rd St (8,290 feet), 490th Ave from County Road H to 890th St (5,280 feet), and 890th St from County Road E to 430th Ave (6,494 feet). There is no additional bid packet or information. Project is to be completed by September 15, 2026. Bids must be marked "Bid on Chip Seal Coating." Sealed bids may be delivered to Chairman John Schaefer at E6553 420th Avenue, Menomonie, WI 54751-6642, or delivered at the Town of Spring Brook Special Town Board Meeting at the Town Hall (N3519 810th Street, rural Elk Mound, WI) at approximately 8 p.m., following a 7 p.m. Public Hearing.
