Contractors and vendors that provide goods and services are required to go through a public bidding process. Sealed proposals must be submitted to the City of Lawrence Department of Public Works' office by the specified deadline. All proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Lawrence Board of Public Works Meeting on the same day. Proposals received after the deadline will be returned unopened. Plans and specifications must be downloaded from the City's website or obtained by contacting the specified engineer, Shrewsberry & Associates. Electronic plans can be requested via email. A non-returnable fee is required for each hard copy, and plans and specifications must be acquired by one of the designated means to be eligible to bid on this contract. * All proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Lawrence Board of Public Works Meeting on the same day (April 9, 2026) at the Public Assembly Room located inside the Lawrence Government Center (9001 E. 59th Street, Lawrence, Indiana 46216). All questions concerning the letting of this project shall be submitted in writing to the Design Consultant Shrewsberry & Associates, LLC.
