The work described is for comprehensive maintenance, support, and modernization of a mission-critical Video Teleconferencing (VTC) and Audio/Visual (A/V) conference room system supporting both classified (SIPR) and unclassified (NIPR) operations. The scope includes ensuring continuous and reliable system operation through semi-annual preventive maintenance, on-call remote and on-site support with a one-business-day response time for on-site service, and proactive hardware modernization. The contractor would evaluate existing components and replace or upgrade equipment as required, including cameras, VTC codecs, operator displays, rack-mounted UPS equipment, and related infrastructure. Work also includes installation, programming, and integration of new hardware such as a secure white noise system and enhanced SIPR Teams laptop connectivity. All equipment must comply with applicable security and compliance requirements, including DISA STIGs, and must be free of prohibited wireless technologies. The contractor would be responsible for providing complete and accurate system documentation, including source code and signal flow diagrams.
