Renovation of a military facility in Lincoln, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Relocate one Giant Voice (GV) Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) from the third floor of Building 1108. This RTU is one of six units within the base-wide ATI Mass Alert System controlled by two REACT 5000 Central Control Units. Provide all specialised labour, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision required to safely power down the unit, physically transport it, reinstall it, and re-integrate it into the existing system. Ensure the RTU is restored to Full Operational Capability (FOC) at the new location, including proper handling of all associated radio frequency cabling, network connections, power configurations, and grounding systems. Perform comprehensive post-move testing and optimisation to verify overall system integrity and functionality. A site visit is scheduled for 23 July 2026 at 9:00 AM EST, requiring prior registration submission by 20 July 2026 at 10:00 AM to the designated contact.
