The Town of Lincoln Water Department is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the installation of one Hyper-Heat Pump system, with floor and wall-mounted A/C evaporators, as well as one Energy Recovery Ventilator unit sized for four people. In addition, all existing duct work will be removed and/or replaced as necessary. All accessible ducts will be cleaned or replaced as needed, all seams will be sealed and R-8 insulation applied. Office Ventilation System - Installation of (1) Renew Air ERV (Energy Recovery Ventilator) NOTE: Office ventilation system to provide 20 CFM per person as required for code compliance.
