This Request for Proposals invites prospective proponents to submit proposals for a Feasibility Study and Options Analysis for the redevelopment of an existing 1,191 sq. ft. park building constructed in the 1980s, located at 37950 Cleveland Ave (the Junction Park building). The building currently accommodates public park washrooms and administrative space for the Squamish Arts Council, but is reaching end-of-life and was slated for replacement in the Real Estate and Facilities Master Plan (REFMP) in 2019.
