Granite/Gravel Road Grading Services covering seasonal maintenance from the week of April 6 through approximately October 31, 2026, for the Town of Schley. The work includes grading approximately 46 miles of town roads: 24 miles in the East Sector (east of Town Hall Road) and 22 miles in the West Sector (including Town Hall Road and roads to the west). Bidders must submit sealed bids with qualifications, equipment list, hourly rate, and specify which sector(s) the bid covers. Proof of liability and workers' compensation insurance is required. Sealed bids must be mailed to the Town Clerk at W1981 Heineman Road, Merrill, WI 54452 or delivered to Schley Town Hall, W1696 Cty Rd C, Merrill, WI 54452 prior to the bid opening. Bids must be received by 6:00 p.m. on Monday, April 6, 2026. The Town of Schley reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any part(s) thereof deemed most advantageous to the Town.
