The project is divided into two sectors: the East Sector includes 24 miles of Town roads east of Town Hall Road, and the West Sector includes 22 miles of Town roads, which covers Town Hall Road and roads to the west. Bidders must submit sealed bids that include their qualifications, equipment list, hourly rates, and specify which sector(s) the bid covers. Proof of liability and workers compensation insurance is required. The Town of Schley reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or parts thereof as deemed most advantageous to the Town.
