Separate sealed proposals are requested for the York Central School District 2025 Local Capital Project under a General Trades Contract. Bidders must provide a valid NYS Department of Labor Public Work Contractor and Subcontractor Registry Certificate of Registration with their bid. Applications for registration will not be accepted in lieu of a valid certificate. Bidders are required to submit a separate sealed envelope listing names and amounts for applicable HVAC, Plumbing, and/or Electrical subcontractors; this list may only be changed if there is a legitimate construction need. Bids must be on the provided forms, prepared in duplicate, and submitted in separate envelopes if bidding on multiple contracts. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check for 5% of the bid amount, as a guarantee that the bidder will execute the contract and provide satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds if awarded. Employment conditions and minimum wage rates must be adhered to as set forth in the bidding instructions.
