Renovation of a mixed-use development in Valley Springs, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and municipal facility.
It is the intent of these specifications, terms, and conditions to describe the renovation of Building 110, (Pardee Administration Office Building), Building 112, (Pardee Lodge), Building 120, (McLean Hall), the Pardee Gazebo and various site and landscape improvements. East Bay Municipal Utility District (District) intends to award a contract to the Proposer(s) who best meets the District's requirements. Anticipate Contract Completion Date. April 2, 2027 Anticipated Contract Start Date June 29, 2026 Deadline for submission of Contractor Questions March 26, 2026 Deadline for submission of Contractor Questions March 26, 2026 The successful Proposer will be required to post and maintain a payment bond and performance bond for one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract amount with the District.
