Renovation of a municipal facility in Miami, Florida. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The historic Miami City Hall building, located in the former Pan American Airways seaplane terminal on Dinner Key, is expected to be vacated once city operations relocate to the new administration building at Miami Freedom Park. The structure dates back to 1931, was converted to City Hall in 1954, and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. City officials have stated there are currently no plans for sale, lease, redevelopment, or reuse of the building.
