Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is seeking competitive proposals from bidders who provide building façade repair, installation, and maintenance services. The building facades on campus include engineered curtain wall systems, storefront window walls, precast panels, brick, and stone. After contract award, successful bidders will provide services in compliance with Roswell Park requirements, industry standards, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations. The intent is to award multiple zero-dollar term agreements to contractors of various trades (such as glaziers, masons, and sheet metal workers) to perform these services. Each contractor will sign a three-year initial term agreement, which will automatically renew for three additional one-year terms unless either party provides at least thirty days written notice prior to expiration.
