Upgrade of Dissolved Oxygen (DO) Control System at Oakwood Beach WWRRF (WRRF). This is a Competitive Sealed Bid released through PASSPort, New York City's online procurement portal. The scope of work under this Contract is to provide the necessary labor, materials, and equipment to install sixty-four (64) new actuators, sixteen (16) new dissolved oxygen sensors, sixteen (16) new transmitters, and all associated electrical and instrumentation and controls for improved automation and control of dissolved oxygen at the existing aeration tanks at the Oakwood Beach Water Resource Reclamation Facility (WRRF). The Work includes, but is not limited to: o the demolition of the existing eight (8) dissolved oxygen sensors, sixty-four (64) actuators on eight inch (8") butterfly valves, four (4) transmitters; o the subsequent installation of sixteen (16) new dissolved oxygen sensors, sixty-four (64) new actuators on eight-inch (8") butterfly valves, sixteen (16) wall mounted transmitters, sixty-four (64) new 480V, 3-Phase, 30A, NEMA 4X disconnect switches, four (4) new 480V, 3-phase, 60Hz, NEMA 4X Valve Distribution Panels, two (2) new circuit 480V, 3-phase, 50AT/100AF circuit breakers in existing MCC-8 spare bucket (as indicated in the Contract Drawings), two (2) new circuit 480V, 3-phase, 50AT/100AF circuit breakers in existing MCC-9 spare bucket (as indicated in the Contract Drawings), mounting hardware and other appurtenances for the sixteen (16) new dissolved oxygen sensors and sixteen (16) new transmitters, eight (8) new signal splitters to split signals to new PMCS and existing Bridge, four (4) new Aeration Tank Process Aeration Panels with PLC I/O, network switch, and all components in the Aeration Tanks Area of the Treatment Building, new Control Room Process Aeration Control Panel with PLC, HMI, and all components in the Main Building Electrical Room, PLC and HMI programming for automatic control of the process air valves as specified. ** Question deadline is 4/10/2026 All questions must be submitted in the Discussion with Buyer forum in PASSPort.
