Site work for a civil project in Ellicott, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sanitary Force Main, Lift Station, Street Cuts, Access Roads, Parking Lot, Landscaping, Fencing, and Erosion Control. All materials and labor necessary for completion of the work are included. Bids shall be made on the forms furnished by the Owner, enclosed in a sealed envelope, and endorsed with the name of the Bidder. A Bid Bond equal to ten percent (10%) of the total Bid amount is required. Bidders must provide a list of Subcontractors providing Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) or more in labor and/or materials to the project. The Successful Bidder must furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond in the full amount of the Contract Price. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any informality, technicality, or irregularity in any Bid, to disregard non-conforming or non-responsive Bids, to negotiate contract terms with the Successful Bidder, and to require statements or evidence of Bidders’ qualifications, including financial statements.
