Gladwin Community Schools and Beaverton Schools are seeking proposals for a 3-year contract to provide district cleaning/custodial services. The purpose is to identify sources that can deliver high-quality custodial service to staff, students, and community users in all district facilities, ensuring a safe, healthy, functional, and legally compliant environment. Bidders must be able to provide services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, as scheduled and/or needed. The contract may be renewed for two additional years in one-year increments, depending on pricing and service levels. Bids should reflect both the current arrangement with a shared Custodial Manager and the costs if each district had its own Custodial Manager. All bids must be submitted by the specified deadline. Prospective bidders, including any assistants or subcontractors, must attend a pre-bid meeting to be eligible to submit a bid. The purpose of the pre-bid meeting is to clarify requirements and specifications through questions and answers.
