Montgomery County (Ohio) is requesting proposals for PP-2026-0031, Project No. 130090-56, Advanced Metering Infrastructure Phase II. All proposals must be submitted before 1:30 pm on Wednesday, April 29, 2026. Proposers must use the OpenGov Question and Answer portal for any questions related to the RFP or its contents. Proposer Questions Deadline:April 21, 2026, 5:00pm All questions about the RFP itself, or the contents herein, Proposers must use the OpenGov Question and Answer portal. For portal questions or issues, please reach out to Barb Asberry at asberryb@mcohio.org. This project is divided into two phases. Phase A consists of evaluating the existing AMI network and recommending alternative implementation approaches. The findings shall be documented in a technical memorandum that supports a phased implementation strategy, provides preliminary cost estimates, and outlines the recommended next steps required for full network deployment. Phase B consists of preparing the bidding documents, as well as providing bidding services and consultation during construction. Supplementary services include but are not limited to preparing a meter testing and replacement program and assisting with long-term capital planning. Phase B is dependent upon the outcome of Phase A; the Consultant's final scope of work and fee for Phase B and any supplementary services will be negotiated following completion of Phase A, should MCES elect to proceed with these services.
