To establish a firm Price Agreement for Janitorial Services - Golf with firm pricing period of May 1, 2026 through April 30, 2027 with a possible option to renew, at the City of Dayton’s discretion, firm pricing for three (3) additional 12-month periods from May 1, 2027 through April 30, 2029. All vendors must submit a current copy of their W-9 with the Bid. Vendors not registered with the City of Dayton must complete and submit a Vendor Application form. Forms must be on file before any Purchase Order or contract can be awarded. Submit one signed original PDF of the bid to the specified email with the IFB number in the subject line. All supplemental documentation must be included with the original. Bidders must use the provided City bid form as none other will be accepted. Legible information must be provided in the spaces given. Bids must include all shipping costs to the point of delivery. State the manufacturer and model number of items being bid and send descriptive literature on the same. Any brand names are to establish quality levels and do not indicate preference. Bidders must have a signed equal opportunity "Affirmative Action Assurance" form on file with the City of Dayton before an order or contract can be issued. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities in a bid, or to accept the bid or bids which in its judgment is in the best interest of the City. The City also reserves the right to accept a part or parts of a bid unless otherwise restricted in the bid. All federal, state, and local laws regarding competitive bidding, anti-competitive practices, and conflict of interest are applicable. Multi-year orders are valid only if funds are available in succeeding years. Telephone or Fax bids are not accepted. Question Deadline 04/08/2026 at 11:00 AM ET All questions must be submitted in writing to Austin.Dickison@daytonohio.gov by this time. Answers will be posted by end of business on April 13, 2026.
