Five Rivers MetroParks (FRMP, Owner) will receive electronic qualifications for the Ranger Headquarters Storage Building Design-Build Project. The qualification submittals will be reviewed, and three design-build teams will be shortlisted. Those short-listed teams will be provided additional program and project details during the Request for Proposal phase. Potential submitters should carefully review the entire qualification submittal package's requirements, which include reviewing a sample of the future bid and contract documents for the project. The Design-Build Team Qualification Submittal Package must meet the requirements established by the RFQ. Failure to meet an RFQ requirement may render a Design-Build Team's Submittal non-responsive. The extent to which a Design-Build Team meets or exceeds the evaluation criteria of the RFQ will be determined by the Owner's Evaluation Team and will be reflected in the scoring and ranking of the submittal. Design-Build process for the RANGER HEADQUATERS STORAGE BUILDING PROJECT which will consist of: building a pole barn style building with a concrete floor, interior walls, several man doors and 12' tall overhead doors, heat, water, a floor drain, and lighting and outlets throughout.
