Reference Number 0000418496 Source ID PU.AG.USA.1691764.C22774701 Piggyback Contract No The Castle Pines Village Metropolitan District ("the District") is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide annual valve exercising and fire hydrant inspection services for the District's potable water distribution system. The District owns and operates a system of water main isolation valves, control valves, and fire hydrants distributed throughout its service area. Regular valve exercising ensures all valves operate freely and can be fully opened or closed when required for system maintenance, emergency response, or pressure management. Fire hydrant inspections verify that hydrants are structurally sound, operationally functional, and compliant with applicable fire codes and AWWA standards. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform the work in accordance with all applicable standards and District requirements.
