Sealed bids are requested for the Otsego County Judicial Center project in Gaylord, MI. The project consists of 26 separate sealed bid packages covering work such as sitework, flagpole, landscaping and irrigation, asphalt paving, concrete, masonry, structural and miscellaneous steel, rough carpentry and siding, general trades, cabinetry and countertops, finish carpentry, roofing, insulation, joint sealants, aluminum framing/entrances/glazing, door frames and hardware (supply only), metal stud framing/gypsum board/SAT ceilings, painting and wood finishing, floor coverings and wall tile, exterior wall clock, interior and exterior signage, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and fire alarm, security and communications, and fire suppression. Each bid package will be a separate contract with the construction manager. Bids must be submitted in a sealed, clearly marked opaque envelope indicating the bid package number, and must be received by the specified deadline. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, accept other than the low bid, and waive any informalities, irregularities, or errors in proposals as deemed in their best interest. Bids shall remain firm for 30 days after opening. Faxed or electronic bids will not be accepted.
