Site work for a water / sewer project in League City, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Bids are requested for furnishing all labor and materials and performing all work for the construction of the City of League City Southwest Water Reclamation Facility Expansion, specifically the Bid Package for Instrumentation & Controls Construction. All bids must be submitted online and will be opened and read aloud via MS Teams. Bids submitted after the designated time or not in accordance with addenda will not be considered. All contract documents and addenda must be obtained and monitored through the specified online platform. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting and site walkthrough is planned, and attendance is highly encouraged. No proposal guaranty is required, but the successful bidder may need to furnish performance and payment bonds for the full contract amount. The subcontract is subject to contingent City Council award of the Construction Manager's GMP. Question Deadline 05/08/2026 All questions are to be emailed to George Craig at gcraig@csaconstruction.com. All questions received will be responded to via an addendum.All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contact Documents must be submitted to the CONSTRUCTION MANAGER at least ten (10) days prior to the Bid due date. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by ENGINEER or CONSTRUCTION MANAGER in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda at least 48 hours prior to Bid due date.
