The successful Bidder shall perform the Work complete, in place and ready for continuous service and shall include any repairs, replacements, and / or restoration required as a result of damages caused prior to acceptance by the County. Reconstruct existing two-lane road to include standard lane widths, pedestrian & bicycle facilities, and lighting.Force main replacement between Lift Station 342 and 30th Ave East including connections at both ends. Water main replacement between 26th Ave East and 31st Ave East includes tie-ins to existing branch pipelines. Upgrade to mast-arm supports, add turn lanes at the 26th Ave E intersection. Construct five-foot sidewalk along with drainage improvement to accommodate sidewalk installation.
