Site work for a civil project in Bradenton, Florida. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Bradenton is seeking services of a qualified engineering firm to complete a Water Treatment Plant and Drinking Water Distribution System Facilities Plan. The Facilities Plan must address the key components of a Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) sponsored facilities plan and the requirements established by FDEP and Rule 62-552, F.A.C., and others as applicable. The Facilities Plan shall span a 20-year planning horizon and include specific documentation and details that address damage, impacts, loss of service, or disruption due to Hurricanes Helene and Milton, in addition to the listed elements above. Consultants must adhere to Supplemental Agreement - Helene and Milton (SAHM) funding requirements, including 2 CFR 200. Final plan completion is required by October 30, 2026. Project eligibility will be determined after receipt and review of the Facilities Plan; only eligible projects will receive funding beyond the planning phase.
