Sealed bids will be received for the purpose of Coupling Capacitor Voltage Transformer - Contract #UE27-03-12. Bids will be accepted electronically through the City of Springfield Bid Portal or via mail courier. Proposals must be submitted by the specified deadline, after which no proposals will be accepted.
